We accept cash payment and major credit cards including Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amex.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the product. Generally, expect delivery within 2-3 business days within the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping fees are AED 20, with an additional AED 10 for cash on delivery orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the shipping company's website.

We sell books of various categories, as well as exclusive and diverse merchandise on our platform.

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product in its original condition by submitting a request via email within three days of receiving the order.

Customers can cancel an order while it is still "under review." In such cases, the customer must notify us via email, and the refund will be processed within three working days from the date of notification, with a deduction of a 2.5% online payment fee.

If a damaged or defective product arrives, please contact our customer support by clicking on the "Contact Us" button to assist with product replacement through Aramex. For more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
